The Government has a proposal under consideration for extending the existing money order system in connection with the Post Office to the colonies, and there is every probability of the proposal being agreed to. The Arabs are reported to be fighting amongst themselves in the vicinity of Aden. Troops have been despatched to r:-siorn order, and H.M.s. Dragon lias been detained at Aden.
