o A dividend is payable to creditors in the bankrupt estate of John Scott. Smart, Bros., farmers, of Carnarvon have dissolved partnership. Tenders are wanted for clearing 20, acres of scrub. The Manchester Eifle Volunteers will parade to-night, at 7 p.m. Mr Hamilton's new advertisement will be found on our first page. Tenders are invited elsewhere for the supply and delivery of 15,000 sleepers. Mr J. C. Thompson's new advertisement appears on the first page. The Feilding Borough Council will meet on the 26th inst., at 8 p.m., to consider the Burgess and Defaulters' Lists. The schedule of works proposed to be done in the Borough of Feilding, is published on the fourth page. An announcement from Mr Bray, in connection with certain proposed works in the Manchester Boad District, will be found on the fourth pnge. The Latest Novelty iv Ladies' Cloaks is the Four in Hand. The new Dolman is only equalled by the New Market, close-fitting Ulster. Ladies' now Buchings nnd Glove-kid Glazed Button Boots, from the factory of the celebrated Parisian maker, F. Pinet.
