PUBLIC Notic? i« hereby given that, the M_..;chester Road f Board proposes to construct the followinj. roads or parts thpreof within the Manchester Road District under 1 ihe provisions of the Roads ond Bridges Construction Act, 1882, relatin»- to District Roads, viz : — 1. Ashurst. and Runnythorpe, Ulysses, j Jones. Makara, Runnythorpe, Whibley's, Pohnngina, Monpaone. Junction, Valley and Midland, Wilson's Spur and Taonui Roads : the estimated cost thereof is £22,594 2s 6d. 2. The amount of pavmpnt required on the above i^ £2033 9s 2d annually for 15 years and the amount of special rate requi-ed to meet tin's is one and two-fifths of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of property -within the Manchester Road I istrict. 3. The plans, specifications and detailed estimates of tbe cost of the proposed works may be seen at the* office of the Manchester Road Board during ordinary business hours. j 4.
