The amount ot payment required on the above is £2033 9s 2d annually for 15 years and the amount of special rate requred to meef this* is one and two-fifths of a ppnnv in the pound on the rateable value of properly within the Manchester Koaii I -istrict. 3. The plans, specifications and detaih'd estimates of the cost of the proposed works may be seen at the' office of the Manchester Road Board during ordinarybusiness hours. 4. '1 he poll for or against the above special rate will be taken on Wednesday, the 25th day of April, 1883, at the Road Board office, Feildinp, Russell's boarding house, Ashurst, and the Corporation Office, Halcombe.
