Shipping Company, was being towed out into the roadstead preparatory to sailing for London. She took ground on a boulder bank inside the eastern pier j head and stranded. The schooner surged about a good deal, and lines were run out to steady her. The s.s. Sir Donald went to her assistance, and towed her into the roadstead.
