Intelligence is to hand from Moscow announcing the discovered of a mine in that city, which is supposed to be the work of Nihilists. London, April 5. It is reported that Fenians are sending infected linen to ladies whose husbands arc obnoxious to tbe Fenian cause. The holders of Victorian debentures are freely inscribing. Bkblin, April 4. Thirty men residing in ScUleswigHolstein have been sentenced to banishment for refusing to serve in the German army. . The National Theatre in this city was totally destroyed by fire to-day. The building was fortunately empty at the time, and no deaths are reported. A number of Socialists have been arrested at Keil, a town in tne Province of Schleswig-Holstein. Caibo, April 4. The Earl of Dufferin, replying to a petition presented to him by a number of Europeans, praying for the permanent occupation of Egypt by British troops, intimated that the British force now in the conntry will not be withdrawn for the present.
