Samuel Barnes gave evidence that he lived at Stoney Creek, and early in March while in tiie bush came across the plant which he called the whisky still. He subsequently visited the place with Jessop and others. R. Peck toid him to keep quiet and he would give him as much whisky to drink as he liked. This witness's evidence was interrupted by the luncheon adjournment.
