Her Majesty the Queen is sufficiently recovered from the accident to her knee, occasioned by falling down a staircase at Windsor Castle on the 22nd ult., to take carriage exercise, but is quite incapable of walking, and can scarcely stand. Pabis, April 1. John Walsh, who was arrested at the instance of the British Government at Harve on a charge complicity in the Phoenix Park murders but subsequently released, has sailed for New York. New Yobk, April 2. O'Donovan Rossa predicts explosions of public buildings in England will soon be offected by Fenians, and of a more serious nature than any which have yet occurred. .
