One good trap mare realised £14 10s. and light hacks and weeds from 40s to £6 ss. Foxton, March 30. Messrs Thynne, Lin ton & Co. report — At our saleyards on Thursday there was a very good attendance of buyers. Weaners ranged from 39s to 40s ; heifers, in calf, £3 2s 6d ; 15 months to 2-year-old heifers, 50s; cows in calf, 57s 6d. All the cattle and sheep were sold. Mr Cobb's imported Romney rams, four sold at prices ranging from 33 to 35 guineas ; mixed and bred ewes and wethers fetched 6s Gd ; fat wethers, lls 7d ; fat ewes, 9s lid ; store Lincoln ewes, 9s 9d.
