The population of the Block is at present about 3,500. For a short time the price for Cash will be 50s per acre, payable as follows: — Deposit 10 per cent, balance in six months without interest ; or deposit 20 per cen*., and balance in twelve months without interest. On Deferred Payment, price, 60s per acre, deposit 7s 6d per acre, and balance any time within 5 years, bearing 6 per cent interest till paid, improvements to the value of of 7s 6d per acre to be made within the first twelve months.
