CORRESPONDENCE.
THE ANNIVERSARY FETE. TO THE EDITOR OF THE FKILDING STAB. Sir. — Kindly allow me on behalf of the Feilding Anniversary Committee to | publicly thank Messrs Gosling and Son ' for their work of preparing the various decorations at the recent celebration. These gentlemen spent a deal of time and labor over the affair without any remuneration or reward beyond the unqualified admiration their work elicited from everyone whose pleasure it was to witness it. The expenses of the first celebration have necessarily been heavier than they will need to be in future, and will leave the committee little or n tiling in hand, or they would only have been too pleased to acknowledge their gratitude to Messrs Gosling by something more than mere words, which I solicit aid of your columns in giving publicity. — I am, &c., W. Reading, Hon. Sec, F.A.C
