Ihe work proposed to be undertaken is the formation, metalline: and culverting Kimbolton Road- distance about 267 chains: estimate cost, £1099 5s 6d ; forming v.w\ metalling, bridging and culverts of Muckay's roadj; distance about 400 chains j estimate cost, £'3814 10s. Both works situate within the Riding of Kiwitea, in the Manawatu County. 2. That the amount of yearly payments required to be made is £112 17&; chat the special rate required to be made is one and a quarter farthing in the £ on the rateable value of the several properties within the Riding of Kiwitea, viz , the properties bounded | on the south-west by the boundary of the Manchester Block, on the south-east by the Oroua Kiver, on the north" by the O tarn akapua Block. 3.
