DISTURBANCES IN CONSTANTINOPLE.
Mail news from Constantinople reports tthat a disturbance took place there just -outside the walls of Yildiz Kiosk, almost xunder the Sultan's windows, which, ;although of no political importance threatened at one time to assume alarming proportions. A fued has long existed between the Albanians of the Body 'Guard and the Yemen Regiment of Arab negroes, and at length a trifle provoked an outbreak. Tbe Sultan was .-at once informed, and Osman Pacha was sent with .troops to the spot, and rein■forcements were called up by night signals from Pera and Besehiktsh. They succeeded m separatiug the combatants, hut not until come thirty had been killed and wounded. We are iaformed that the Sultan was much alarmed, and that the shrieks of the ladies of tbe palace ♦were beard at .the adjaeeat village.— Exchange.
