A good demand was experienced at today's auction. The catalogue comprised 12,000 bales. (FEB UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, March 3. Hasell and Co report prices of flour and grain without alteration since last quotations. Oats are coming in very slowly, farmers not liking to accept the low prices offering for new crop. Paeon and nams, 9d ; butter, lOd to ls ; cheese, 63d per lb ; poultry, scarce.
