GREAT EXCITEMENT. [PEE UNITED PBEBB ASSOCIATION.] Gisborne. This Day. There is great excitement all over the country about the pardoning of Te Kooti. Threats are freely made that should he ever appear here he will be shot down like a dog, whether pardoned or not. Hopes are expressed that Sir Wm. Jervois will not endorse the action of the Native Minister.
