CAB ACCIDENTS.
When Mr Macarthur's carriage was leaving the sports ground with his family, a jolt given to the front wheels by an inequality in the ground, smashed the^u' king bolt, and detached them from. the£ I main body of the vehicle. The horse; * bolted at r ull gallop, leaving that part of the carriage containing the ladies and children behind. Beyond a little natural" J alarm no ill effects resulted to any of the party. The horse was soon caught, and ; was found to have received very little-"' injury. Another slight accident occurred, also happily without anyone suffering any • injury.
