MEETING OF M. KEEN'S CREDITORS.

«i — . A meeting of M. Keen's creditors was held at the Court House, Palmerston, yesterday. It was proposed by Mr Perkins, proxy for E. H. Hunt, and seconded by Mr Caverhill, proxy for Heyrnan and Co., that Mr E. H. Wright be appointed chairman. — Carried. Proofs of the following claims against the estate were put in-.— D. It. Mr Hanlcins appeared for the Northern Boot Company, It was proposed by Mr Perkins, and seconded by Mr Caverhill. thai Mr James Smith, of Turnbull, Smith and Co., be creditor's trustee. — Carried. Proposed by Mr Perkins, seconded by Mr CaverhilL, that the proceedings be removed from the District Court, Wanganui, to the Supreme Court, Wellington. — Can cd.
