One red culf branded like 'H has been J impounded at Sanson. A Baziiar and Gift Auction will be held at Palraerslon on the 29th and 30th of this month. A new advertisement from Mr D. R. Lowers, the well-known storekeeper, will appear in our next issue. The business notice of Mr J. Hugh, watchmaker and jeweller, appears elsewhere. A special meeting of Episcopalian parishioners will be held in the Immigration Barracks, on the 20th instant. Halcombe and Slicrwill will sell the privileges of the Feilding Sports, on Saturday next S. Svendsen has received a special shipment of Boots and Shoes for the Christmas B n Mr J. B. Hamilton's advertisement before the leader, should not escape perusal by our readers. F. Y. Lethbridge, Esq , has been elected Mayor of the borough of Feilding, for the ensuing year. Owing to the pressure of advertising favors, we are compelled lo hold over the railway time table and other important matter from this issue. A notice to the public, in connection with the transfer of Thompson Bros.' business to George Crichton, ppears in another column. A poll will taken for the election of one councillor, on the 22nd November. Messrs Samuel Daw, Charles Roe, and Henry Worsfold have been nominated. M. Keen, (the original M. K.,) is now holding a clearing sale, in order to make room for his summer stock. He is selling boots and shoes at 20 per cent, less than Wangomii prices.
