♦ :Cl_T* 77T 7 ', The Registration of Births and Deaths Amendment Act contains the following ; clauses : — Notwithstanding anything ' contained in any Act to the contrary, any information hearS in a^summar}' way bej fore two Justices' of tlie Peace for or in ;respeet of any offence against, the sixiteenth section of the said Aqfc fbrjnpn^. registration of the birth of any child born in the -colony may^vbe-,laid . at- any time within three years after the birth^qfjfuch. •child, and nofc afterwards. Among other particulars required for the _regisfcratbn iof the death, of any piers on'dedeasodj there ! shall be registered the age, at the death of the deceased, of every living child- of such deceased person. Schedule- B of the said Act is hereby jajn§h4ed''by "t.he jinsertion of the words " number, age, and sex," in lieu of the words "number and sex," in the eleventh column of the said schedule.
