HALCOOMBE AND SHERWILL'S STOCK REPORT.
Messrs Halcombe and Sherwill held a sale of stock at Feilding yesterday. The attendance was fair, and the bidding brisk, 'lhe following prices were realised: — 3-year-old steers, £5 7s 6d to £5 II ; 2-year-old steers. £3 12s 6d ; 2-year-old heifers, £3 12s 6d ; cows, £3 15s ; yearlings, £2 10s to £2 lis ; calves, good, £2 10s ; fat sheep, 14s 6d ; store ewes, 7s 8d ; pigs, weaners, 5s 3d.
