ARRIVAL OF THE HIGHLAND BRIGADE.
MOEE TBOOPS FOB, EGYPT. SPECIAL TO "STAR." [bt telegraph] Au.xanduia, September 2. Sir Ganiet Wolsley now awaits the completion of transport arrangements from Ismalia to the front before making auy further movement against the enemy The Highland Brigade have arrived at Ismalia and will be actively employed on an early date. Londox, September 4. More regiments will be despatched at once for Egypt. This force, consisting of five thousand men, is to occupy the positions now held in the neighborhood of Alexandria by Sir Evelyn Wood's bridgade, to enable the latter to -join the main body of the British army, under Sir Garnet Woisley.
