The I esident Magistrate's Court was occupied all day hearing a charge preferred against James Jonathan Adams, his wife, and their youne daughter (who were the princ'pal witnesses in the case of a young man named L nghurst, who was convicted in ISSO for committing rape on the last named) for maliciously conspiring to convict Longburst. The case will extend over to-morrow.
