LONDON.
July 17. A portion of the cargo of frozen mutton ex steamship Orient was sold by auction to-day. and realised an average of G.'d per lb. In the House of Commons to-day the Right Hon. John Bright explained that he disagreed with his former colleague-* on the Government Benches solely with regard to tho policy they had decided noon pursuing in connection with the Egyptian question.
