In tho House of Commons yesterday the disorderly and obstructive conduct of Mr O'Donnell, M.P. for Dungarran, when the House was in Committee on Saturday last, was brought up for dis cussion. Mr O'Donnell. who with other Irish members was suspended on that occasion for obstruction, also made use of insulting language in alluding tothe chair. The motion was therefore put and carried in the House yesterday, that he should be suspended for a fortnight. In consequence of continued obstruction to the Irish Repression Bill, the system of voting urgency has been revived and adopted, with a view to evpedite the passage of the measure through the House;
