Sib, — I have received tlie following communication from the Colonial Secretary's office which will no donbt be of -considerable interest to your Kiwitea Teaders, who wili see from the letter that it is proposed to hold elections in the different wards. As this entails considerable expense, I have written, asking if the elections may bt held one day at Cheltenham. — I am etc., F. G. Brycb.
