A RISING IN IRELAND EXPECTED. LONDON. June 19. A portion of the steamship Cuzco's cargo of frozen mutton was placed in the market to-day. The ment was in fair condition, and averaged 6-_d per pound. It has transpired that Government have issued instructions to officers commanding troops in Ireland to take the necessary precautionary measures against a rising, which, it is believed is threatened. The police have arrested an Irishman who was fouud under suspicious circuraI stances on the spot where the seizure of I arms was made at Clarkenwell on SaturI day last.
