In tlig matter of the Eating Act jy 70. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN -L y that at a Sitting of the Assessment Court, for the Mauawatu Highway Board, held at Palmerston, on Wednesday, the 10th day of JJ arch, 18SC, it was shown to the said Court that Notices of Valuation had not been given, as required by Section 112 of the said Act, it was therefore by the said Court that the requirements oi the Eating Act, Ibid, had not been complied with in preparing the said List, and the Judge of the Court appointed, James Linton, Esq., of Palmerston North, to make and prepare Valuation Lists for the several \\ ards within the Mauawatu Highway Districts, and that such Lists be handed to the Clerk of the Highway Board by Saturday, the ldtli March, 1880, to remain at his office for public inspection, until Saturday, ‘J7th of March aforesaid, after which the said Lists are to be left open for pub ic inspection until Friday, the llth day ofApril, 1880, at the undermentioned places, viz.— No. 1 aud No. 0 Wards at Mr Heaven’s Store, Sandon.
