Lid., slate that in (lie case of death any lime after si.y months from the purchase of one oI these bonds and before the bond is fully paid, the bend will be credited as I'ully paid by the company, and no further paymenl whatever will be re<|uired. bond alive by advancing to the bondholder. The bond ought to he easily negotiable, and the purchasers of bonds should in 3, 10 or 13 years he able to realise as their table will show: On being planted, at 3 years, £('><): at 10 years, £123: at 15 years, £200: at 20 years, £300; at 23 years, £750: at 30 years, £930. The company points out that a purchaser of one of these bonds will actually own the acre of land at the end of the period, as well as the trees thereon, and it is practically certain that the present railway will he extended from Rotorua to Taupo within the next three or four years, and as it will pass the company’s property, it should make the land very much more valuable.
