yards championship, which carries with it a challenge cup presented by Auckland Farmers’ Union TradCompany, and a gold medal, the tltlway championship which also carries a challenge cup and a gold medal, while he was included in the team which won the relay race. M)r Paterson competed at the recent Mauku sports, but while he ran well a great measure of success did not come his way. 'His many Pukekohe friends congratulate him on his latest achievements, and at the same time wish him success in the future.
