NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting ol' the Papakura Town Board held on Monday, the 18th day of December, 1922, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on the Until day of January, 1923, at 7.30 p.m„, at the Board's Office, Great South Road, Papakura. IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 385, clause (2) of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” the Papakura Town Board hereby makes by way of Special Order the following By-laws under sections 82 to 91 of the above mentioned Act, and in pursuance of all and every of the powders in that behalf contained in any other act enabling the said Board in that behalf. The object and purport of the said Bylaws are to fix rates and charges in respect of the water supply within fee Papakura Town District.
