AKURA IJOWN NOTICE is hereby given tliafc at a Special Meeting of the Papakura Town Board held on Monday, the 18 til day of December, 1922, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for continuation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on the 15th day of January, 1923, at 7.30 p.m., at the Board's Office, Great South, Road, Papakura. IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 385, clause (2) of “The Municipal Corpora- "• lions Act, 1920,” the Papakura Town, Board hereby makes by way of Special Order the following By-laws under sections 82 to 91 of the above mentioned Act, and in pursuance of all and every of the powers in that behalf contained in any other act enabling the said Board in that behalf. The object and purport of the said Bylaws are to fix rates and charges in respect of the water supply within the Papakura Town District. PURSUANT to Section 8 .of- tho-Dog Registration Act, 1908, notice is hereby given: that the fee for the Registration of Dogs in the Tuakau Town District for the year 1923 is . now payable to the Clerk (Air A. H. Tapper), at the Board’s George Street, Tuakau. The amount of the fee has been fixed at 2/6 each for dogs solely for tierding sheep and cattle, and 5/- for other' dogs.
