NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, was passed at a Special Meeting of the Manurewa Town Board Held on the 30th October, 1922, and will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the said Board to be field at the Manurewa Public Hall on MONDAY, the 27th November, 1922, at 7.30 p.m. RESOLUTION: In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by Section 31 of the Town Boards Act, 1908, the Manurewa Town Board hereby resolves by Special Order to amend the lirst Schedule to Part IV of the Board’s By-laws made and passed on the 17th September, 1920, and to substitute the following scale of charges for Building Permits, the said amended scale to come into force on the Isl day of December, 1922: — For buildings or alterations not exceeding £2O 1/For buildings or alterations over £2O & not exceeding £IOO. 10/For buildings or alterations over £IOO & not exceednig £SOO. 20/For buildings or alterations over £SOO & not exceeding £IOOO. 40/Fer buildings or alterations over £IOOO 50/Dated at Manurewa, this 31st day of October, 1922. ■ H.
