AMUSEMENTS.
WAIKIKI HAWAIIANS. The Waikiki Hawaiians played in the Strand Theatre on Saturday, providing half of the pi’ogramme. The company was in good form and rendered a medley of Hawaiian music and singing. Mr Keoke Greig captivated the audience tffith his render- 1 ings of “The Rosary/’ “The Bacarole” and 1 “A Perfect* Day.” As a comedian, however, he is as flat as it is possible to be. As a musical artist he is supreme on his own instrument, but he should recognise that musical talent seldom blends with alleged humoua\ Mr Greig is to be congratulated' upon the very 7 fine company he presents.
