NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Franklin County Council held on Thursday, the 15th day of September, 1922, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 12th day of October, 19’22, ; at 10 a.m., at the County Office, Hall, Street, Pukekohe. RESOLUTION: THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in J it by Section 6 of the Local Bodies’ Finance Act, 19211922, Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and of all other Acts and powers (if ahy) it in that behalf enabling (an Order in Council in pursuance'of Section 20 of the Finance Act, 1919, having been obtained authorising the Council to borrow)f*fee Franklin County Council resolves by way of .Special Order as follows: — 1.
