Sir, —In common, with the vast majority of property owners within Pukekohe Borough, I wish 'to place on record! my keen appreciation of the paper’s consistent, fearless 5 impartial and accurate reports of public meetings. The Information on property value?/ as given by the .deputation which waited on Ithe Borough Council on Monday, 24th July, is truly an eye-opener, and clearly calls for immediate investigation and arj. jurtmerif. In so fully reporting and publishing such your paper is rendering great service, as it prevents misunderstanding and will enable a proper adjustment to be made. Inconsistencies are bound to occur, and rto doubt the adjustment will now be speedy arid just. —I am. Sjtc, PROPERTY OWNER.
