SUPPLEMENT FAR Y LOAN C.F £IO.OOO, RATEPAYERS SUPPORT PROPOSAI* LOAN POLL TO-MORROW. 1 A large and representative gathering of ratepayers of Papakura was heid in Richardson’s Halit last evening. Particulars concerning the pro. posai to raise :a supplementary loan of £16,000 for the purpose of completing the water scheme were* out-ined.
