Miss Doris Irving won the guessing competition organised, and secured a suitable prize l . As a result of the function the funds of the Soldier’s Queen .were consideri ably augmented. BOWLING GREEN. Rapid progress is being made with the construction of the Tuakau Bowling fclub’s green.. The work of laying down the green is I’ll the capable hands of Mr K. fitness, of Pukekohe.
