NOTICE is hereby given that it is Block VI, Maramarua Survey District, for the Purposes of a Road. NOTICE lj.s hereby given that, it is proposed) urider the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public woirk—to wit, the construction of a r.oad in Block VI. Maramarua Survey District; and for the purposes of such public work the land described ,in the Schedule hereto $s required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be 'taken is deposited in the post office at Whangamarino, and is there open foSr inspection ; and that all persons affected by the the execution of the said public work or by toe taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of '.the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from thq first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE. Approximate area of the piece of land required to be taken: 2 roods 38.3 pegqhes. Portion of Section 301, Whangamarino Parish, Block VI, Maramarua Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 21398). In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly defirieated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51002, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue, Public Works at Uellangton. in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue. ■As witness my hand, at Wellington, this 17th day of May, 1923.
