“ADVANCE TUAKAU.”
(Published by Arrangement),
(To the Editor).
Sir,—Under the heading of “Advance Tuakau,” Mr T. Scoble Cornish, of Onewhero, in your last issue has advertised a Queen Carnival for the purpose of paying off the existing debt on the Catholic Presbytery, and to traise funds for the purchase of a football ground for ithe players of Tuakau. As president of the Tuakau Football Club, I wish to state the Tuakau Football Club has no connection whatever with the Queen Carnival.—Yours respectfully,
V J. FULTON, President Tuakau Football Club.
