Public Notices. TENDERS' FOR LEASE OF CERTAIN LANDS. PURSUANT to Section 2 of the 1 Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1911, the above Board invites tenders for the lease of all that land, beingPart lot 3 of 4, of 7, Clendon’s Grant;, area 1 rood 13.3 perches. Part lot 2 of 4, of 7, Clendon’s Grant, area 3 roods 8.4 perches. A plan cf which may be seen at the office of the Board, for a period of twenty-one years with right of renewal for a further period of twenty-one years. The terms and conditions of lease to be such as may be prescribed or approved by the Governor in Council. The rent to be payable half-yearly in advance. Tenderers to name the annual rent which they are prepared to pay. Tenders to close at the Board’s Office, Manurewa, on TUESDAY, the 14th day of March. 1922, at 4 p.m. All tenders to be accompanied by a cheque for the first half-year’s rent. The resolution making the above Special Order was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Manurewa Town Board hold on the 27th February, 1922, and will beconfirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Board to be held on MONDAY, the 27th March, 1922.
