PROFICIENCY EXAMINATION.

PUKEKOHE PRIMARY SCHOOL. SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS. At the recent examination for Standard Yil, thirty-seven pupils were presented from the Pukekohe Primary School. Of this number thirtyfive gained certificates of proficiency, and two gained certificates of competency, there being no failures. Most of the candidates have signified their intention to enter the High School. Certificates of proficiency were won by Kingsley Brown,, Margaret Brown, Kenneth Blake, Jean Buchan, Eva Clews, Ray Crosbie, Eric Ferguson, Graham Hamilton, Lilj Ward, Annie Harriman, Gladys Heerdegen, George Hickey, Amelia Hollowav. Alice Johns, Marjorie Kayes, Beryl Lubbock, Don McNally, RFa Mears, Ronald Mills, Reginald Parris, Alice Pollock, Lyall Queenin, George Read, Albert Read, Clara Reeve, Trevor Rollinson. Wilfred Russell, Edna Silisb, Claude Stembridge, Fred Stembridge, Irene Stuart, Beryl Vant, Claude Webb, Liddon Wood, Joseph Wvatt.
