NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Papakura Town Board held on MONDAY, ihe 21st day of November, 1921, the following resolution was passed and submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Papakura Town Board* to be held on MONDAY, the 19th day of December, 1921, at the Town Board Office, Papakura. , RESOLUTION. In exercise cf the powers conferred on it by Section 158 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Papakura Town Board resolves by way of Special Order as follows “That the Papakura Town Board accept a surrender of the lease granted to James Haler on the 24 th iday of July, 1909, of Lots 13S and 152 of Section XI., of the Township of Papakura, and lease the said lot 138 to Annie J.. Walker, and lot 152 to Rowland Wejtherald, by two new leases for a term equal to the unexpired portion of the term of the said lease and upon the same terms and conditions, and at a yearly rental of 8/S each. RESOLUTION. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 158 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Papakura Town Board resolves by way of Special Order as follows : “That the Board accept the surrender of ' the lease granted to Robert Burgess on the 6th day of Ju1y,1914, transferred by him to George Alexander on the 30th day of November, 1916, of Lot 132 of Section XI. of the Township of Papakura, and grant a lease of the said lot to John Barton for a term equal to the anexpired portion of the term of the said lease and upon the same terms and conditions and at the saane rental.’ 7 Dated at Papakura this 22nd clay of November, 1921.
