PLUNKET SOCIETY.
FUNDS TO BE RAISED. The monthly meeting of the Franklin Plunked Society was held in the Franklin County Council Chambers on Moqday afternddn last, when there were several members present. It was decided to have a stall in King Street on Friday, 9th December, to raise fund's for 'the Society, and a special meeting is to be held on Monday afternoon next to arrange for same. It was also stated that ,the Plunket Nurse is willing Ito visit any home in the mornings. Accounts amounting to £22 9s 3d were passed for payment.
