PURSUANT to Section 39 of “The Local Elections and l Polls Act, J 908,” I hereby give notice (that an election will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 30th day of November, 1921, for the purpose of electing One Commissioner for the Tuakau Town Board District, in place of Mr G. Arrowsmiith, and 1 hereby appoint ‘the Office of the Board, George Street, Tuakau, as the place, and the 23rd day of November, 1921 (before noon) as the day for the nomination of candidates for such office.
