PUKEKOHE METHODIST CHURCH.

QUARTERLY MEETING. At the last meeting of the Methodist Church, (the Revs. J. Olphert and W. T. Hooper accepted unanimous invitations to remain as ministers for the''third year. It was also reported that subscriptions amounting to £250 had been promised towards the erection of a new parsonage at Bombay. Mr W- Johns promised to superintend the erection of the building free of charge, and it is expected tha>t a start will shortly fct made. The annual income for the year, apart from ''trusts, amounted t< £904. Over £IOO has been subscribed for the Foreign Mission funds, and £9O for Maori and other missions in New Zealand. The increase of church members number 24.
