TUAKAU SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BYLAWS. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Tuakau Town Board, held on the 4th day of October, 1921, it was resolved by way of Special Order that the Tuakau Town Board make By-laws under “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” “The Health Aqt, 1920,” and under all other powers contained 1 in any Act thereunto enabling it, the object and purport of which is as follows : A. Fixing registration fees, fees for renewals of registration, and fees for transfer of registration of qattle find premises where offensive trades are carried on within ' the Town Board District. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a meeting of the Tuakau Town Board, to be held in the Board’s Office, George Street, Tuakau, on TUESDAY, the Ist day of November, 1921, at 8 p.m. A copy of the proposed Special Ordei and By-law is deposited at the Board’s Office, where the same will be open for inspection during office hours until the confirming meeting is held.
