IfIANUREWA TOWN BOARD, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Manurewa Town Boarrd will be held on MONDAY, the 26th day of September, 1921, at the hour of 7.30 p.m., at the Board’s iOffice, Manurewa, for the purpose of confirming the following resolution, which was duly passed at a Special Meeting on the 29th day of August, •1921: —“ Whereas all the steps prescribed by the Local Bodies Loans !Act, 1913, for raising the special loan hereinafter mentioned with the consent of the ratepayers affected and without a poll having been duly taken and such consent has been duly given. Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved as a special order at this special meeting duly called for the purpose that a Special Loan of one thousand pounds be raised by the Manurewa Town Board under the said Act for the purpose of constructing a road through Sections fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and fifty-six, of the Sub-divi-sion of Part of Lo't seven, of Clendon’s grant to connect Massey Road, with the Great South Road, and of purchasing the land through which the road is to run, and also that the cost of raising the loan, together with the first year’s interest and sinking fund during the construction of the work, be paid out of the loan.
