WAIUKU P* GLENBROOK.

On Saturday, 3rd Septemebr, the Waiuku School hockey team travelled to Glenbrook to play the local eleven. Glenbrook won by 5 goals to - ivlcCrestal (3) and Appleby (2) scored for the winners, and Bregman and Kmght netted a goal each for Waiuku. The return match wsa played at ■ vaiuku on Saturday, September 10. lhe Waiuku team, showed improved fotm, and after a fast, even game Glenbrook won by 1 goal to nil, McCrestul netting with a good shot from a corner hit. For the winners McCrestal, Appleby, and 'Williams, in the forwards, were the pick, and in the bacKsrtex L Max .Crice played their usual Brilliant game. Goodacre, vn goal, was hard to beat, stoppng and dealing well. For Waiuku the most prominent players were Arbuekle, Kmg » and 3>unn in the forvva d„ Waters and Arkle worked bard m the backs. N. Hodgkinson had chaige or the whsitle for both games.
