Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council, held on the 15th day of August, 1921, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meetings of the Council, to be held on the 19th day of September, 1921, at 7.30 pan., at the Borough Council Chamber, Edinburgh St., Pukekohe: — RESOLUTION. 4 That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 21 (2) of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that the annual charges for interest and sinking fund in respect „f the Pukekohe East, Puni and Buckland Special Road Loans (£lO 19/6, £5 17/6 and £3 6/- respectively) no henceforth paid out of the Genera! IfIAWUREWA TOWN BOARD, _ ' vr : h«. ; 'Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Marairevra Town Boarrcl will be held on MONDAY.xhe 2(Jth day of September, 1921, at .the hour of 7JO pan.,' at the Board’s Office, Manure wa, for the purpose of confirming the following resolution, which was duly passed at a Special Meeting on the. 29th day of August, 1921: —“Whereas all the steps prescribed by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,' for raising the special loan hereinafter mentioned with the consent of the ratepayers affected and without a poll having been, duly taken and such consent has been duly given. Now, therefore, ■it is hereby resolved as a special order, at this special meeting ctuly called for the purpose that a Special Loan of one thousand pounds be raised by the Munurewa Town Board under the said Act for the purpose of constructing a road through Sections fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and fifty-six, of the Sub-divi-sion of Part of Lot seven, of Clendon’s grant to connect Massey Road with the Great South Road, and of purchasing the land through ivhich the road is to run, and also thaf the cost of raising the loan, together with 'the first year’s interest and sinking fund during the construction of the work, be paid out of the loan.
