Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that the annual charges for interest and sinking- fund in respect s\f the Pukekohe East, Puni and Buckland Special Road Loans (£lO 19/6, £5 17/6 and £3 6/- respectively) ne henceforth paid out of the General Fund of the Council.” , J. TO STRIKE RATE. The Manurewa Town Board hereby give notice of its. intention, at an Ordinary Meeting to be held on the 12th day of September, 1921, under Section 35 of “The Town Boards Act, 1908, and Section 41 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, to make and levy for the period commencing the Ist day of April, 1921, and ending the 31st day of March, 1922, a General Rate of onepenny farthing’ (14/ d) in the pound and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of one-fifth of a penny (l-sd) in the £, and a Special Rate of twofifths of a penny (2-sd) in the £, on the rateable value on the valuation roll, of all rateable property in the Manurewa Town District on the basis of the capital value. Also a Special Rate of five-eights of a penny (5-Sd) in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property in the No. 1 speciai rating area on the basis of- the capital value. Such rates to be payable at the Offices of the said Manurewa Town. Rqarcl, situated at the Public Hall. Mgnurewa, in one payment .on the 27th. day of September, 1921. And notice is also hereby given that the Valuation Roll is open for inspection and also the list of estimated expenditure for the above-mentioned period.
